\n<\/b>Crowded start, emotions at the finish<\/b><\/p>\n
For the first time in the event’s history, the entry list was closed well before the race. A record 1 400 participants registered for the event. The co-organizer of the race, Jacek Makowski, admits that there were more people willing to run than there were starting numbers.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2013 This is likely due to the race’s good reputation, the charming route, and Nysa itself. For the past two years, the race final has been held on the Polonia Nysa stadium track, giving fans the opportunity to cheer on the final stretch with excitement \u2013 emphasizes Jacek Makowski.<\/span><\/p>\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n Fast pace at the front of the race<\/b><\/p>\n The top runners completed the 10-kilometer course in just over half an hour. Artur Olejarz triumphed in the men’s category with a time of 31:13, ahead of Przemys\u0142aw D\u0105browski (31:28) and Piotr Lesik (32:33).<\/span><\/p>\n The fastest female runner was Monika Olejarz, who finished in a respectable 6th place overall with a time of 33:59. This is one of the best results in the women category, in the event’s history.<\/span><\/p>\n The Nysa run route is certified by the Polish Athletics Association and considered one of the fastest in Poland. <\/span><\/p>\n Family Mile with a record<\/b><\/p>\n Record attendance was also recorded for the Family Mile. This approximately 1.6-kilometer run for entire families attracted nearly 800 participants, making this year’s edition the largest in the history of this recreational event.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2013 We are particularly pleased with the turnout for this race, which attracts many children and youth from the region.
