Bioagra zapowiada 50 nowych miejsc pracy w innowacyjnych projektach

Bioagra announces 50 new jobs in innovative projects

On March 27th, 2025, the 3rd Business Conference took place in Nysa, which brought together representatives of local industry, business, local government and the world of science. During the event, Bioagra announced plans to create 50 new jobs as part of innovative projects related to, among others, the capture of so-called biogenic CO2.

Bioagra speeds up

One of the most important points of the conference was the speech of Arkadiusz Komorowski, director of the Ethanol Production Plant “Goświnowice”. The company representative emphasized that in the coming years Bioagra will focus on implementing advanced technologies. One of the first projects will be the capture of so-called biogenic CO2, which is produced by yeast in the fermentation process.

– Biogenic carbon dioxide is a product of the future – says Arkadiusz Komorowski from Bioagra. – Its capture from the fermentation process is an ecological, pioneering project in the Opole region. On the scale in which we plan to implement this solution, it will be one of the largest implementations of this type in Poland – emphasized Komorowski.

The company emphasizes that the project opens a new stage in the development of Bioagra and the local labor market.

New jobs will be created in a completely new segment of the economy. Bioagra plans to create as many as 50 new jobs in the next few years thanks to CO2 capture and other innovative projects. The company’s experience shows that twice as many positions will be created in the company’s business environment. It is worth noting that Bioagra uses the services of nearly a hundred companies from the Opole region on a daily basis.

Nysa focuses on development and attracting investors

The mayor of Nysa, Kordian Kolbiarz, spoke during the conference and emphasized the growing economic potential of the city.

– Nysa has a chance to become one of the key industrial centers of the region. Investments by companies such as Bioagra and IONWAY create modern jobs and attract qualified specialists – Kolbiarz noted.

The mayor emphasized that thanks to the development of the labor market, more and more young people who previously left in search of employment are deciding to return to their hometown. An important element supporting this trend are new housing investments and the modernization of transport connections, including rail, which increase the mobility of employees.

Modern education is the key to success

The 3rd Conference for Business was also a space for discussion about the future of education and its adaptation to dynamic changes in the labor market. This was pointed out by the vice-rector for cooperation and development of the State Academy of Applied Sciences in Nysa (PANS), Dr. Piotr Chwastyk.

– It is important to educate specialists, but it is equally important to develop their soft skills. Employers are increasingly looking for flexible people who can work in a team and manage projects – Chwastyk emphasized.

PANS offers 15 fields of study adapted to the current needs of the economy. Students have the opportunity to gain professional experience during their studies, which increases their chances on the job market.

Employee cloning, 3D printing and artificial intelligence

The conference topics also included issues related to the development of innovative technologies on the local market and the practical use of AI. Experts discussed, among others, the use of artificial intelligence in business through the automation of routine processes and the possibilities of increasing sales thanks to modern tools. Global 3D, a company from Nysa, presented many practical applications of 3D printing in business.
