Corn oil is produced as a result of the separation process on a plate centrifuge, in the process of processing corn grain into ethanol from the so-called corn syrup. Vacuum dryer installed in the production line ensures high and repeatable quality. It guarantees a negligible water content in the product while maintaining the maximum amount of fat.

Corn oil is mainly used as an energy source in feeding monogastric animals, with particular emphasis on poultry. The high content of natural carotenoids has an extremely positive effect on the correct coloring of egg yolks. The addition of 1% oil to complete feedingstuffs reduces dust in livestock buildings. Corn oil is sold loose.

The product meets the highest quality standards required by national and European Union regulations. It has the ISCC-EU certificate confirming that its production is carried out while maintaining the principles of sustainable development.

Ethanol is intended mainly for fuel purposes (bioethanol) and meets the requirements of PN-EN-15376, the Regulation of the Minister of Economy from May 14, 2015 amending the Regulation on the quality requirements for biocomponents, methods for testing the quality of biocomponents and the method of sampling biocomponents, and requirements customers. Ethanol also has a quality certificate required by the Act of August 25, 2006 on biocomponents and liquid biofuels.

Feed syrup is made from a thin stillage in the process of its low-temperature thickening on vacuum evaporators. In this process, the dry matter of the thin stillage increases from 7% to 28-30%. After the concentration process, the level of total protein increases to approx. 18% in DM.

Feed Syrup is used as a very platable liquid protein component of the food dose for all age groups in a liquid pig feeding system. It can also be successfully used as an additive to prevent excessive drying on TMR feed tables and as a liquid component of ratio for cattle.

The wet feed cake is formed as a result of mechanical processing of wet corn stillage, i.e. separation on decanters. This process allows increasing the dry matter of stillage from 15 to 35% while increasing the level of total protein up to 35% in DM.

The wet feed cake is a ready-made protein component for TMR feed in the feeding of dairy and meat cattle breeds and other ruminants. The high content of by-pass protein has a direct effect on the protein content in milk and promotes the level of carcass meatiness. The wet fodder cake under sterile conditions is easily subjected to natural ensiling processes (in piles under foil, in plastic tubes and in bales), which extends its shelf life up to 6 months.

The wet feed cake is also used as a protein component of the feed ration in a liquid pig feeding system.

DDGS is formed by the impact of physical factors on wet corn stillage as a result of processes of: separation on decanters, evaporation compaction and low-temperature drying. This creates the highest quality protein feed.

Corn DDGS is used directly in feeding cattle of meat and dairy breeds, including as an additive to the feed type TMR (total mixed ratio). Due to the high content of protected protein (by-pass), the use of DDGS in feeding dairy cows has a direct effect on the high level of protein in milk.

This type of feed is also successfully used in feeding all poultry species with particular emphasis on laying hens. The content of natural carotenoids in DDGS favorably affects the correct coloring of egg yolks. In contrast, the fat it contains is a rich and natural source of energy.

DDGS is also used in feeding pigs in all production groups except for the youngest piglets.

Feed material appears in powder or pellet forms. DDGS granulated can also be offered in 1-ton big-bag flexible containers.

The product of the highest chemical purity and high sensory values. It meets the quality standards required by national regulations of the European Union, as well as the stringent requirements of customers in the field of use for food purposes. The product is also used in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry.

Ethanol was registered in the REACH system under the number 01-2119457610-43-0031. The “Goświnowice” Ethanol Plant, in which ethanol is produced, has an infrastructure that allows mixing the products listed above with the additives that customers require.
