The beautiful beach in Skorochów once again turned into an arena of sports competition at the highest level. The Nysa Beach Volleyball Championship is underway, supported by Bioagra for the fourth year in a row.

The excellent organization and unique location of the championship, which has been held on the beach in Skorochów since 2021, gave the event its unquestionable prestige and popularity today. This year, five qualifying tournaments are planned, which will determine the sixteen best men’s and eight women’s pairs. The grand finale is scheduled for early August this year.

The high level of competition and gusty wind and hot weather were quite challenging for the competitors taking part in the first qualifying tournament. Among the women, the best pairs were Aleksandra Gromadowska and Agnieszka Adamek (1st place), Małgorzata Vlk and Magda Lachman (2nd place) and Julia Pańko and Paulina Wiśniewska (3rd place). The men’s competition was dominated by Paweł Malicki and Mateusz Podboryczyński. Second place went to Janek Lesiuk and Radek Brzozowski, and third place went to Mikołaj Sarnecki and Szymon Bąk.

4th Elimination Tournament: 20th-21st July 2024

5th Elimination Tournament: 27th-28th July 2024

Final tournament: 3rd-4th August 2024
